Bristol Zoo trip
The PIP go to Bristol Zoo
On Wednesday 5th February the Key Stage 3 PIP students went to Bristol Zoo as part of their topic on animals. We took part in a Rainforest Education Session where we found out about the animals that lived there and were able to hold a cockroach, a millipede and a snake which all could be found in a rainforest. After the session we spent some time exploring the zoo focusing on the different animals and the habitats that they live in. We listened to the Gorilla Talk and found out lots about the monkeys that live at the zoo and watched them being fed. It was a great day and it really helped us think about the different environments that animals live in. Click here for more photos.
