Headteacher welcome
Blaise High School is a proud member of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, a ‘family’ of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing their own distinctive character.
At Blaise High School we will provide an education that enables all students to climb their own personal mountain to the very best universities in the country. We believe that there is no ceiling on the potential of our children and we are unapologetically aspirational for all of our students. We believe that where students are educated in an environment characterised by high expectations, rigour, and warmth, all children can flourish.
At Blaise High School children work exceptionally hard every minute, of every lesson, of every day. Our school culture is built around our three core values; Aspiration, Integrity and Pride. We provide opportunities for students to both demonstrate and develop these values and we reward the embodiment of them every day.
We teach a knowledge rich curriculum, ensuring that all of our students leave school with the knowledge required to access any part of society that they choose to. Every student at Blaise High School attends every lesson and engages in every aspect of the school day, we see it as our obligation to ensure every child is able to access every part of the school day and recognise that this is true inclusion.
We see educating your children as a great privilege and welcome visits from parents at any point, both prospective and current. We very much look forward to meeting you.
