Letters will be sent home to parents/carers of all Year 8 students on 22 February 2021, which is the day the Immunisation team will deliver them to the school.   Parents/carers can reply, either consenting or denying permission to receive the vaccination, by returning the completed form to the school or by email to ahillier@blaisehighschool.co.uk.
